Siebel Server is not coming after migrating to IP2014 (Doc ID 1991093.1)

After performing migration installation from to, siebel server is not coming up.


It is failing with error:  Enterprise Log while starting Siebel server :


(lstnsvc.cpp (166) err=1376403 sys=-2146893811) SBL-SMI-00147: Version check failed because: Error: versions of installed components do not match (wanted version:, actual version: ENU )
