After performing migration installation from 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52, siebel server is not coming up.
It is failing with error: Enterprise Log while starting Siebel server :
(lstnsvc.cpp (166) err=1376403 sys=-2146893811) SBL-SMI-00147: Version check failed because: Error: versions of installed components do not match (wanted version: 184.108.40.206, actual version: 220.127.116.11 ENU )
