Symptoms

On : 8.2.2.14.1 [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
there is a blue timer wheel which appears implying that the application is busy

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
blue timer will only be gone when the page is fully loaded

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Blue timer shows
3. home screen fully loaded

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The screen/views are distorted. After sometime the view loads.
