WfProcMgr Component is Crashing On ShowConfirmDialog While Alert Invoked in Workflow (Doc ID 1991566.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.2[21215] version, Siebel Workflow

When attempting to , Workflow has very simple code, Start -> alert -> end
the following error occurs.


SBL-SRB-00061: Process WfProcMgr on Siebel Server SS_TESTPROD01 terminated.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Move into Jobs view
2. Create new job, entering "Workflow Process Manager" in Component/Job
3. Create new parameter, entering "Workflow Process Name" in Name and entering "Test One Hour Alarm Popup Workflow Process" in Value
4. Submit Job
