Getting below error when trying to open file using VB Script in IP2014.

   4. Open Simulator, create a new line for this Service
   5. Click Run and error will appear: Siebel VB runtime error 70 occurred at line 4 in procedure 'Service_PreInvokeMethod' of Service [SC_SampleVBFreeFile]:Permission denied(SBL-SCR-00156).
