ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Pick Applet is disappearing as soon as it is displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pick applet should stay visible until customer clicks button to close it or selects a record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into Siebel
2. Navigate to Communications.
3. Enter some number like 123 in the SR#.
4. Move the control to the below applet.

The Popup is displayed and disappeared in seconds.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select a record in the pick applet.
