Symptoms

The web service BeginConfiguration is called but returns the error:

Error running sub-process 'ConfiguratorWebChannelBeginConfig' at step 'Begin Configuration Subprocess'.(SBL-BPR-00183).

The error occurs when invoking service 'VORD Projected Asset Cache', method 'Initialize' at step 'Initialize Projected Asset'.

(SBL-BPR-00162). An error has occurred executing a Sql statement (SBL-DBC-00105), as of ORA-00040: active time limit exceeded - call aborted.

In the example reported the time to run the SQL was 66.858 seconds.
