Field Value is Not Displaying in New Line In Open UI (Doc ID 1997600.1)

On : 8.1.1.11.10 [IP2013] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
in Open UI, The "ResolutionComments" field in Service Request Screen is not displaying values in New Line, same as like in HI Application

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Both HI and Open UI should display same values in "ResolutionComments" field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Siebel Open UI Application, Navigate to Service Request Screen
2. Check the field 'ResolutionComments" where New Line Characters are introduced, it does not display values in New Lines instead will display in Single Line.
3. Check the same in HI Application, will see that the Values in 'ResolutionComments" will display New Lines as defined in LOV.
