Srvrmgr Command Line Does Not Work For A Specific User

Symptoms

Customer is having issues in running srvrmgr command for a particular user.

Expected behavior:
When srvrmgr is attempted by an user, it should allow login.

Actual behavior:
If we use srvrmgr using sadmin login from one of the app server (blph222), it works. But, from the same server, if we use a different login (dit), the srvrmgr is throwing an error. Please see attached for error log.

Logging in and sudo to sadmin and the below works:
srvrmgr /g :2320 /e /s blph222 /u /p

Logging in and sudo to another account and the below does not work:
srvrmgr /g :2320 /e /s blph222 /u /p

We used strace command
strace -f -v -s 1024 -o strace_srvrmgr.txt srvrmgr /g :2320 /e /s blph222 /u /p

and providing the log file as an attachment
