ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
In OpenUI, selecting a value having '&' character from the Dropdown and by using the keyboard the values gets converted into &
1) Added the value "Job & Foods" to the LOV Type "ACCOUNT_TYPE"
2) Create a new Account and select the value Job & Foods using mouse.
Result : The value gets selected
Now try selecting the value using key board arrow keys. On select the value gets converted in "Job & Food"
