Using BusCompAccessLevel or DirectUIAccess Causes SBL-DAT-00498 Error When Attaching a New File in Open UI (Doc ID 1998559.1)

On : [23030] version, Configuration - General

If "BusCompAccessLevel" parameter or "DirectUIAccess" business component property is used, when attempting to use "New" button or "New Record" from applet menu in the file attachment applet in Open UI mode, the following error occurs after selecting a file from "Add Attachment" popup applet.

'Attachment Name' is a required field. Please enter a value for the field.(SBL-DAT-00498)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel application in Open UI mode.
2. Go to Service Requests > Service Requests List.
3. Drill into a record.
4. Go to "Attachment" view.
5. Click "Ctrl-N" or select "New Record" from the applet menu.
6. On the newly added record, click on the "Attachment Name" to bring up the "Add attachment" popup applet.
7. Select a record to add, and the SBL-DAT-00498 error will occur.
