SWE API XML Command Block is NOT working for SWESetMarkup=HTML required for Siebel OpenUI Client (Doc ID 1998562.1)

External Applications that use SWE API to send Command Blocks to Siebel Web Client (e.g. like it is illustrated in the <DOCUMENT:475362.1>)

 fails to retrieve correct response (Siebel UI View and Applet page definition and data rendered in HTML format), when requested markup language in the response is HTML (SWESetMarkup=HTML)

Instead of expected view / applets page - the response always contains a kind of login form that does NOT represent the requested view / applets of the Siebel Client.

Also the Logoff request does not work - it does not end opened Siebel Client session, disregarding of the correct session cookie ("_sn=") and session random number ("SRN=") provided.
