Goal

Case:
Two products PA and PB in the product catalog.
Compatibility Rules: PA excludes PB and PB excludes PA

Account "Test" have Order with product PA.
In the application, when creating new Quote with product PB, and after pressing Verify button, get Eligibility Status:N and Eligibility Comments: PB excludes PA (via rule PB excludes PA)

How can the above scenario be reproduced with Web Service? In order words, how to check compatibility behavior between a product to be added in quote against an incompatible product that already exists with an order?
