Application Hangs with High CPU Usage while Importing .CSV(Macintosh) File Format (Doc ID 1999029.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement :
---------------------------
While using Import functionality if the import file is of ".csv(Macintosh)" format then the application session hangs. This leads to high CPU consumption for the related PID and list import process never ends (hanging issue).
One needs to terminate (kill) the session as it becomes unresponsible.

There is no issue with ".csv(MS DOS)" format is selected.

Note: If CSV file has only a header line without the actual content, it causes the same behavior.

Expected Behavior :

List import should be processed without hanging issues in any file formats or it should provide some popup warnings if the file format is not supported.


Actual Behavior :
----------------------
List import functionality hangs and CPU usage is very high.
