Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.14.1 [IP2014] version, Loyalty
When attempting to process a redemption promotion
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
SBL-LTY-00102 - “Rule Action has unsupported action type” for the base promotion.
STEPS
-----------------------
Follow document Using Distance Table And Base Promotion (Doc ID 1927181.1)
but make sure you set it up as a REDEMPTION promotion instead of accrual .
Create a redemption transaction and observe the error.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot redeem points equal to the exact distance between airports as points.
