CIAI Queries Does Not Work For Certain Columns (Doc ID 2000396.1)

Symptoms

I used the Case Insensitivity Wizard to configure some columns to support CIAI queries. The query behavior is as expected for most of the columns but a few of them, custom and standard ones, which satisfy CIAI eligibility criteria still appear Case Sensitive on the UI.
