Shift Tab Functionality In Outlook Does Not Work After Installing CRMD Desktop (Doc ID 2000434.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.11.12 [IP2013] version, CRM Desktop for Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Shift Tab functionality in Outlook does not work after installing CRMD desktop  

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Shift Tab should take to next position in the email.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook with CRM Desktop plugin installed.
2. Click New Email and press Shift Tab, cursor will move from the recipients field to the mail text. Close the window without entering any details.
3. Click on Contact Folder and click on New Contact. Close the window without entering any details.
4. Click New Email and press Shift Tab, cursor will move to Share With Siebel bar and didnt move afterwards for subsequent Shift tabs.

Conclusion:
1) If you have logged into Outlook and have NOT navigated to any of the CRM Desktop screens , the shift tab functionality works all fine!
2) But if you happen to navigate to any of the CRM Desktop screen ,and then do shift tab , it takes you to the Share with Siebel ribbon.
