CTI Screen Pop Up Failed After Change from Manual Answer to Automatic Answer

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The screen pop is not happening after implement Auto Answer in Siebel, it is working fine in manual answer mode.
The screen pop should occurs for auto answer mode too.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Siebel CTI user to use Auto Answer, that is when a incoming call arrives it should be automatically answered.
2. Once the call is connected the screen pop should occurs, but nothing happens.
Because of this behavior the user are not able to use Auto Answer feature.
