On : 8.1.1.11.10 [IP2013] version, Configuration - General

Error retrieving next record from the database

After performing a query on Vehicle List Applet for two different serial number, the following error messages are given:

SBL-DBC-00104: Error retrieving next record from the database.
ORA-24345: A Truncation or null fetch error occurred

Searching for the serial numbers individually brings back each record accordingly.
