Detail View Tab Not Visible In One View In OPEN UI

When navigating to "Location Search Result" View under "Claims Units" Screen, the Detail View Tab gets disappears and once press Cntrl+ and increase the Zoom to 125% then the Detailed View tab is visible.
Below are the Steps Followed to reproduce the issue.
1. Configure a view which has an Applet which is based on VBC, then Log into Siebel Open UI Application and Navigate to "Claims Units" Screen and Select the Detailed View Tab "Location Search Result"
2. Once the View Tab is Loaded then All the Detailed Tabs will become invisible.
3. Try to Navigate to any other View Tab, but it will not be possible as they already became Invisible.
