Unable to Update TBC Record Using Upsert/Update Operation (SBL-BPR-00100) (SBL-BPR-00101) (Doc ID 2002970.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.11 [IP2013] version, Task Based UI


Cannot use Siebel operation to initialize transient record.



STEPS

1) Clone the OOB task "CUT Validate Account" (also cloned the 2 Task views to point to the new task name)
2) Invoke the task and enter an existing account name
3) Click next and below error is seen while updating the TBC record


This error is returned when the workflow/task is executing the Siebel
Operation business service.(SBL-BPR-00100)
