Siebel UCM Unable to get the error information from IIR in real time matching
A part of a custom requirement is to implement a functionality wherein incase of a common search on name e.g, say "James", the application must display an error message saying that the search results have reached beyond threshold and the user needs to refine the query.
To implement this functionality in the IIR, the "SEARCH_LIMIT" parameter can be defined in the search definition SDF File so as to include the scalar frequency tables necessary to support this SEARCH_LIMIT.
It is expected that Siebel must display the same error message saying that the search results have reached beyond threshold and the user needs to refine the query or an error message.
However at Siebel UI, the particular message is not received and Siebel does not return any records. No error messages are recieved.
