Open UI Application Instance Freezes/hangs On Execution Of GetProfileAttr() Statement (Doc ID 2004550.1)

When system executes GetProfileAttribute() statement in browser script of the Business service, Open UI application instance freezes/hangs. BS is called from the command object.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute GetProfileAttr() statement in browser script of the Business service
2. Log in to the Siebel open UI application
3. Application freezes
