Bookmark Link in Email Fails With: "You have initiated a Siebel session while another Siebel session is currently active"

Open UI



1. Launch Callcenter_enu application.
2. Go to Opportunities > Opportunities List: All Opportunities
3. Drill down on an Opportunity.
4. Click File > Create Bookmark: Copy
5. Open Outlook email.
6. In Outlook, create a new email message.
7. Click paste to paste the Bookmark recently created.
8. Send email.
9. Open email, click on link (created from Bookmark in Siebel application.




 The application was upgraded to a later version.
