Bookmark Link in Email Fails With: "You have initiated a Siebel session while another Siebel session is currently active" (Doc ID 2005056.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.11.7 [IP2013] version, Client Functionality
Open UI
Chrome
Outlook

 

STEPS:

1. Launch Callcenter_enu application.
2. Go to Opportunities > Opportunities List: All Opportunities
3. Drill down on an Opportunity.
4. Click File > Create Bookmark: Copy
5. Open Outlook email.
6. In Outlook, create a new email message.
7. Click paste to paste the Bookmark recently created.
8. Send email.
9. Open email, click on link (created from Bookmark in Siebel application.

ERROR:

 

Changes

 The application was upgraded to a later version.
