When the User clicks on any of the SR# which is displayed in Recent Record's List applet(Contacts, Accounts, Service Screens), they are taken to the Required view depending on the drilldown but the first record in the applet is always displayed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps in an Out of the Box application:
1. Log into an 18.104.22.168 application.
2. Click on Service Request, Accounts or Contacts.
3. Under the "Recent Records" section, click on any record except the first record.
4. Notice how you always end up drilled on the first record.
