Goal

On : 8.1.1.14.3 [IP2014] version, CRM Desktop for Outlook

Feasibility not to assign the Task (from Siebel) to an Agent if he is out of office in Outlook


Wanted your suggestion regarding the feasibility of Outlook Integration for Assigning Task, when an agent is out of office, Siebel should not assign the Task (Activity) to the user.
