Symptoms

ISSUE

Counts in allocation view showing as 0 or empty when Update Count button is clicked

ENVIRONMENT
=============
Siebel 8.1.1.14.2
OBIEE 11.1.1.7.1.x

REPRODUCTION STEPS
=====================
1. Creation of a valid campaign, with offer, treatment and valid segment that contains a valid number of contacts (update count in segment designer returns more than 0 records)
2. On Allocation view click Update Count
=> Counts are displayed as empty or 0
