How To Increase Width of PopUp Applets (Doc ID 2011548.1)

Goal

Default Popup applets can't show a lot of columns. User needs to use horizontal scrollbar to see additional columns. Even if user widens the Popup applet and closes it, next time they open with the previous, narrower width.

Goal is the need to increase Popup applet width that stays and that is able to display more columns.
