Promotion Group: Asset Membership Cardinality Rules Violation Not Visible (Doc ID 2011830.1)

Symptoms


One single Asset can be associated to multiple memberships of a promotion group.
It seems as if Asset can be associcated to multiple memberships
We expect that during Verify, Cardinality violation for the association of the Asset
 

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create Promotion Group as follows:
- Promotion Group  
  -- Main Membership (Min=1, Max=2, Default=1)
      --- Membership Domain: Gold 500 (Min=1, Max=1)
  -- Partner Membership (Min=0, Max=3, Default=0)
      --- Membership Domain: Gold 500 (Min=0, Max=1)
2. Have an Account with Asset: Gold 500
3. Create a new Order and add Line Item "Promotion Group)
  => this will add Main Membership as well.
4. Add additionally 1 Main Membership and 3 Partner Memberships
  => you will have the following line items:
  Promotion Group 1
  Main Membership 1
  Main Membership 1
  Partner Membership 1
  Partner Membership 1
  Partner Membership 1
5. Associate the Asset Gold 500 to all meberships of the promotion group
6. On the Order header press "Verify)
=> NO cardinality Violation
  However, Expected behavior:
  Cardinality violation for the association of the Asset (can only be associated to 1 Main Membership and 1 Partner Membership)
