JMS Receiver Not Picking Up Messages After Upgrade

Symptoms

FUNCTIONALITY:
---------------------
Siebel JMS Receiver (inbound Integration)
Upgraded of Siebel CRM to release 8.1.1.14 (Innovation Pack 2014) to use new JMS Receiver component type of Background Mode and Multi-Threaded.

ISSUE:
---------
After upgrade, JMS Receiver component seems does not read /pick up messages from the JMS Queue.
No error message or crash is observed from the JMS Receiver component.

Attempt for manual JMS Receiver task start following the Note 1608961.1 and product guide, seems did not help.


EXPECTED:
---------------
Need to make JMS Receiver operational (reading messages and dispatch logic).

IMPACT:
----------
High: completion of the upgrade process on time.
