On : 18.104.22.168.4 [IP2014] version, an attachment added is not saved unless the focus is on the Attachment List Applet.
1) Go to the Contact Attachment View
2) Ensure the "Contact Form Applet" has focus
3) Click on the "New File" button on the Attachment List Applet
4) Select attachment. It is visible in the list applet
5) Navigate away without further touching the Attachment List Applet
6) Go back, you will see the attachment did not get committed.
