Attachment Not Saved Unless Attachment Applet Is Given Focus (Doc ID 2012886.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14.4 [IP2014] version, an attachment added is not saved unless the focus is on the Attachment List Applet.

Reproduction steps:

1) Go to the Contact Attachment View
2) Ensure the "Contact Form Applet" has focus
3) Click on the "New File" button on the Attachment List Applet
4) Select attachment. It is visible in the list applet
5) Navigate away without further touching the Attachment List Applet
6) Go back, you will see the attachment did not get committed.
