Symptoms

On : 15.0 [IP2015] version, Upgrade

When attempting to Test Siebel Tools IP 2015 login
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
An error has occurred executing a Sql statement.

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DBC-00105)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Siebel Tools IP2015
2. Log in Siebel Tools (to upgrade Siebel 8.1.1.11 DB)
