In Open UI, some views can not be accessed by browser back button. You can see the issue with the following steps on the standard environment (220.127.116.11):
(1) Login to Siebel Call Center (Open UI client).
(2) Go to [Accounts]->[Accounts List] view and drilldown on any record to navigate to Accounts->Contacts detail view.
(3) Click 'More Info' view.
(4) Click 'Coverage Team View' view.
(5) Click 'Account Affiliations' view.
(6) Click the browser back button, it will navigate to 'More Info' view instead of 'Coverage Team View'.
