Open UI: RTCEmbedded Field Can Not Be Resized (Doc ID 2014927.1)

Symptoms

In Open UI, the RTCEmbedded field can not be resized from the interface such as a Text Area field. Users are not able to resize from the UI (using the arrow of the field), hence they are not able to see the whole text.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login to Siebel Tools
2. Query for "Partner Message Entry Form Applet"
3. Right click - Edit web layout
4. Change for the Message Body Field the HTML Type from Text Area to RTCEmbedded
5. Save changes and compile
6. Open the Siebel Application
7. Go to Administration - Alert Screen
8. Select a record
9. Try to resize the Message Body field
