ISSUE STATEMENT

When a html template is saved as text, the formatting is removed

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a html file
2. Add this as a treatment template
3. View in email offer > editor
4. Save as a text template

5. All text formatting is lost
