Error SBL-MKT-00604 When Scheduling a Repeating Campaign (Doc ID 2015570.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to schedule a Campaign to execute at a future date/time it works fine both for Load and Launch, however, when scheduling a repeating Campaign it errors out during the Campaign Launch phase with the following error:

Error invoking service 'Campaign Execution', method 'UpdateActivity' at step 'Update Schedule Activity'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
Unable to submit the Campaign Launch\Wave Launch request, since you do not have the Access Group privileges to launch the Email Campaign.(SBL-MKT-00604)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Campaign, Offer, Treatment and List/Segment
2. Schedule the Campaign as a repeating one.
