CTI Toolbar Disconnects If Browser Popup Is Open - Chrome (Doc ID 2017089.1)

CTI Toolbar disconnects if browser popup is left open in Chrome browser

Not found in IE10 and IE11


INFO:About to invoke ShellUIExit because it has been 121 seconds since the last successful push message sent to browser. This exceeds the ChannelCleanupTimer value 60 seconds. Browser is most likely frozen. AccumulatedTime=12, CmdTime=0

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Siebel with a CTI enabled user
2. Create a Service Request without any data ( delete any default values from fields )
3. Save the Service Request
4. Siebel triggers a popup alert
5. Leave the alert open for more than ChannelCleanupTimer interval
6. Close the popup by pressing OK
7. Undo record on the Service Request
8. Click any button on the toolbar
9. No response on the server ChannelCleanupTimer is triggered closing the communication session

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete their interactions with their customers.
