Search Box Does Not Have Default Field Value in IP2014 (Doc ID 2017186.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14.5 [IP1015] version, OPEN UI, there is no default field value on the search box

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Search box/field has no default value

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be a default value on the search box

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to application
2. go to a screen with search box
3. noticed that there's no default value selected in the search field. You have to select the drop down arrow

Changes

 This happened after IP2014 upgrade. IP 2013 is not affected
