The Add Solutions Pick Applet does not display correctly when the description is large.
In Open UI, when a solution is attached to a ticket (SR), the applet that pops up does not display correctly and users cannot view the solution properly.
The text in the solutions field is not fully displayed .
This issue only occurs with Open UI. In Siebel High Interactivity (HI), the display works fine.
The issue can be reproduced with the following when more than two Solutions have the maximum characters in the Description field (created in Administration - Solutions):
1. Go to the Service tab.
2. Click on All Service Requests.
3. Drill down on a Service Request.
4. Click on the Solutions tab (bottom view).
5. Click on the Add button to add a Solution to the SR ( this brings up the Applet )
If the Solutions have large Descriptions, then the other Solutions will not be displayed correctly.
