On :  8.1.1.14.3 [IP2014] version, Configuration - General
While Having the WebEx Session with the Customer the Issue got Clarified.
When attempting to Navigating to the Screen "Consumable Orders" the below following error occurs.

ERROR

"The operation is invalid when there are no rows available.(SBL-DAT-00461)"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Siebel OpenUI Application
2. Navigating to the Screen "Consumable Orders"
3. the following error occurs "The operation is invalid when there are no rows available.(SBL-DAT-00461)"
