Production (Upgrep+Upgphys) Test Upgrade Failed With REPIMEXP-ERR-1124 On S_ACCELERATOR (Doc ID 2019907.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14 [IP2014] version, Upgrade

When attempting to run the Upgrep + Upgphys step for Production Test upgrade, it is failing on the step Import New Customer Repository with the following error occurs.
