Symptoms

On : 8.1.1 [21112] version, Configuration - Dev Env

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Most of the functionalities are not working as expected and some of the applets are opening in "Base" mode which are expected to open in "Edit/Edit List" mode


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The compiled SRF from cloned environment should function as the original one.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Clone the Environment from another Existing Environment
2. Do a Full Compile Using the Cloned Environment
3. Once SRF is full compiled open the Application.
