Linux/Unix srvrmgr: Arrow Keys Do Not Retrieve Previous srvrmgr Commands (Doc ID 2020523.1)

On UNIX/Linux platforms

Actual Behavior
When connected to srvrmgr, the UP and DOWN arrow keys do not retrieve previous srvrmgr executed commands; it shows chars as the below:

Expected Behavior
It's expected that UP and DOWN arrow keys should display srvrmgr commands executed previously.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access srvrmgr, i.e.: srvrmgr /g localhost /e esia81 /u SADMIN /p SADMIN
2. Execute several srvrmgr commands.
3. Use the UP arrow key, it returns ^[[A
4. Use the DOWN arrow key, it returns ^[[B
