Promotion Designer Not Visible In Siebel 8.2.2.14

Symptoms

On : 8.2.2.14 [IP2014] version, Loyalty

When attempting to view a Promotion with Promotion Designer, a blank screen appears and in the Console of the browser the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Loyalty Promotion Administration
2. Go to Promotion Designers
3. Select the desired Promotion
