Attachment Get Corrupted In Siebel When It Sync With CRM Desktop.

Customer has found that a lot of their attachments are getting corrupted in Siebel after they are synced from Outlook.
The Error they are seeing in their logs states:
[15-05-22 17:34:01.007134,T7652] [ERROR] [sync_issue]: Updating error of 'Opportunity' object on storage 'Remote': object_locked (EAI Adapter call failed with the error : Method 'WriteRecord' of business component 'Opportunity' (integration component 'Opportunity') for record with search specification '[Id] = "1-3Q83S7K"' returned the following error:"'Reason for W/L/A' and 'W/L/A Comment' are required fields.Please enter a value for these fields.(SBL-EXL-00151)"(SBL-EAI-04451)) srcId:#00000000A96EC13C757ABF4DBB9BBF8183FA86FB0700436A34053354B44085F269E3B7A397D8005CDDDA5B010000436A34053354B44085F269E3B7A397D8005CE237E8120000 destId:#4F70706F7274756E697479401B312D3351383353374B
