Open UI: Drilldown Not Working in eDealer Application Home Page for Dealer Alerts (Doc ID 2022072.1)

Drilldown is not working in eDealer Application Home page for dealer alerts in Open UI. The Alert does not  show as link rather as a textfield.
Partner Alerts provides the option to drilldown to the Partner Alert screen in HI.  However in OpenUI this option is missing

1) Create a Partner Alert from the Administration - Alert screen with All Users flag set to true.
2 The Alert is visible in the eDealer Home page.
Result: No option to drill down.
