OpenUI Issue When Accessing Text Area Field For Last Record In The List Applet

Symptoms

When clicking on the Text Field Field for the Last record in the List Applet, the Text area field expands below window applet and can't scroll to see all of the text are fields.


STEPS

Login into Siebel Application.
Go to Accounts > Accounts List.
Drill down on one Account.
Select from the bottom applet the Activities Tab.
Add several activities.
On the last activity, click on the Comments Field.

You are not able to scroll down to see all the text as observed in the screen shot below:
