Date Field not saving time correctly. Gets Reverted to 12:00am (Doc ID 2023111.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.14.5 [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Dealer Sales and Service Hours and Minutes do not save  

Dealer -> Sales and Service -> Hours (Auto Dealer Sales Service Calendar View)

New records in Sales Service and Sales Hours do not save the hour/minutes in Start Time and End Time fields (after using the date picker).

After picking 7:00 AM for the Start Time, when clicking on the End Time cell, the Start Time value gets changed from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Time should be saved on the calendar applet.

STEPS
-----------------------
In eCommunication, test as follow:
1. Navigate to: Site Map: Dealer Operation > Dealers > Hours (Auto Dealer Sales Service Calendar View)
2. In the Sales Hours applet (Auto Dealer Service Hour List Applet), create a new record.
3. In the 'Start Time' field, click on the glyph to open the Calendar pop-up, and choose any value.
4. Once you close the calendar pop-up and save the record, we see the value always revert to 12:00 AM.



BUSINESS IMPACT

This is not allowing the times to get saved and does not display correctly in the UI.
