Hi Oracle Team,
We have upgraded I3 driver V3 to I3 V4. After implementing the same today in PROD we see that Siebel is incorrectly populating the phone number that it is receiving from CTI. If the number is 1 (569) 735-4046, it will populate in Siebel as (156) 973-5404 x6. Please look into this immediately as users are facing this issue in PROD.

When attempting to use CTI - Siebel is incorrectly formatting the phone number - if the number is 1 (569) 735-4046, it will populate in Siebel as (156) 973-5404 x6.
the following error occurs.
