We recently upgraded to PS 5 . We are notice an issue on All Activities View , where using a PDQ causes the view to not load properly, the form applet has empty fields?  The Query for predefined query (PDQ) is as below :

'Action'.Search = "[Primary Owned By] LIKE ""xxxx*"""
'Action'.Sort = ""

Upon reviewing the Open UI Console on Chrome ( using F12) , there are java script errors , which points to an Open UI incorrect behavior with an "out of the box" js file.

The corresponding Object Manager Log file has no errors.

 Testing with Open UI client showed this incorrect behavior.  The same configuration with the HI client works.
