Statement of Issue:

Customer is using the SWISubmitOrder outbound web service and some of the data values for some BC fields are not using the LIC LOV's which are being rejected by the AIA/OSM systems.
Within the Workflow SISOMBillingSubmitOrderWebService from which SWISubmitOrder is called customer would like to have details on adding and configuring a datamap step.
Customer would also like to have details on using the GetTemplate method of the Generate Template Service BS

For the country the string EE.UU is appearing in the output to the external system and causing it to fail.
Steps:

Submit an order where the country code is .EE.UU [the united states in spanish]
